Focus

With my current state of mind, I can hardly remember things for long... the simplest idea can be forgotten into eternity within a split second.

My mind goes blank whenever I try to think of something to think abt, and floods of thoughts will come when I am driving. You can see how persistently I try to sabotage myself rite?

This can often be misinterpreted as a sign, which I was hopelessly a thin line away, but revelation came when it dawned on me that focus was the key!

Focus is not an easy thing for someone who ia constantly distracted by the ambitious mind wanting to accomplish more than it can bite... the only life threatening circumstance that requires me, and I can, to focus.

Wow rite?!!
Now if u kindly excuse me, I gotta go think how to make us of this new found revelation.

如果人生是个旅程，那重点是什么？

是脚步的快慢？

是路途中的收獲，失去與錯過？

人生是個無止境的旅程，而終點與距離是由自己來決定。。。

生命的結束是種終點，若要距離頓時變零又有什麼難道呢？

旅程中的步伐可健步如飛但若不知要何去何縱也是追空 - 追風一場空

現在的我， 旅程中最重要的是途中的風景與人。。。事。。。物。。。

Cafe cafe - Le 樂 cafe

Space very much tailored for working office ard... deco is interesting and does have  wah factor when the bicycles are spotted at the ceiling... looks a little like Mary Poppin movie where bikes can fly.

Its a self service place, go counter order take a buzzer tag where u will be called when yr food is ready... since its 2pm and there is only me in the cafe, they still need the buzzer thingie??? I had to walk twice, but nvm... these days young ppl all like tat... what else to say???

Ordered a Casars salad and flat white... salad is erm... I can make it myself easily type and coffee is ... but the milk froth is ok, u can see it holds even when I am finishing the coffee itself.

Cafe Cafe - Backstage Cafe

So, I've got it all wrong... 

I kept thinking Backstage Cafe is the single level building in red, 

The one at the corner of the bendemeer junction...

Now I know it is actually very near my ex offices... In Kallang!!!

Sigh

Its a nice place, very spacious feel from the big room, wide seats and high ceiling.

The kitchen is in the back, pretty much like a theatre backstage,

And the light snacks and beverage station, cum cashier is like an island in the middles of the space.

Lunch menu looks good but dun have much of appetite... 

All ruin by the BBQ leftover last night!!! -.-

No choice have to pick something really light and no more meat or protein!

Waffle lor... In mood for sweets... Happy days mate!

And the all important cuppa!

Electronics very unfriendly, but when u are alone in a cafe,

It provides virtual company where u can torture those who are not physically present...

Muahahahahaha

While I was engross in app-ing, the server set the waffle down on the table...

And when it had my attention... IT HAS MY ATTENTION!

Wow seh! The late need so big anot?!!

Dunno if the waffle is big, but becos the plate so big, I feel the waffle also like damn big leh!!!

There is no way I can finish it!

And true enough I struggled!!!

But then... I was bored... 

Then I decided on the Sequel to Sylvester and Twitty Bird!

And I muttered "Platey Platey plate plate" and out came MeowB3!!!

                                                     Shortly after, Angry bird arrived!!!

Know what? 

They scooted off to dunno where when a blue eye gold hair guy went are with a big video cam, 

asking ppl in large grp if to let him "shoot" (not literately ok)... 

He came in a van with these words... MEDIACORPS... Go figure...

Cafe Cafe - The Coffee Shot

It's another place that it kept passing by, ever wanted to check it out 

but it's in an awful area for car parking, go down and u'll know what I mean...

Then come Labour Day 2014... 

It's 9am, great day for a good coffe N cafe breakie!!!

Down the road in my little blue auto and what do I find?

Long queues everywhere, for car parks, road side, even table or a single seat in the cafe

All uber duper long until from far can see!!!

No Rokeby, no Lola's, no SunRay, No Serangoon gardens,

No Careshop De Cafe (the one with the most exaggerated q!), 

No no no no no no no no

Super irritating ley!

It's 11 plus... 

Am contemplating giving up and drive home 

and seek forgiveness from my instant noodles in the kitchen cabinet... 

*sniff sniff* 

All that driving, waking up early and my petrol!!!

Come to null?!!

Sigh, had to park soon... Hands trembling from hunger *_*

 See public car park = Good... Trembling too much for any more driving...

Alas! Free parking on public holiday! Good Good!

Hmm... Wondering wats round the corner...

Hahahaha! It's The Coffee Shot!

It's as if I have been called to this place?!!

After all the drama, made a quick decision on order and settle down.

Pleasantly surprised by the deco, 

Comparing with it's exterior, it's much prettier.

Plenty of sunlight, warm feeling...

but there was only 1 table occupied with 2 guys studying

So crowd meter abit low...

Reviews says that, come here only if u want a place to study or do work

 or need ac power source for your lappies...

I wonder what that means... 

Erm... Flat white came... And shortly food came...

Scrambled eggs with a bratwurst sausage and 3slices of ham,

Greens with halved tomato and a small square bun...

Square bun?? Ya, u know those old Sokol western food stalls serve type of bun?

Ya lah... That square bun lah...

Verdict: Food... Not quite worth the price

(Maybe the bratwurst is the mot expensive item, that takes up most of the cost)

But it's forgettable... Will come for sweets next time, but will not be my first choice though :X

Cafe Cafe - November 8

Visited on 22nd April 2014 after work... No idea what this place is...

Have been driving pass it for some time now...

till one day walk pass this particular building and saw this colorful place.

Check out the pipes & speed bike and the spacious area, 

Very friendly service too... Always with a smiles!!!

Luv the Big Breakfast! 

Scrambled eggs, grill tomato, sides greens, ham and sausage are all held together by the warm crusty tomato focaccia bread!

Down it with a flat white... Ahhh so satisfying u know?!!

现在的年轻人

这年头的年轻人不知道是抗压性比较差, 还是身体比较弱, 还是说别有用心。。。

真的让我不解。。。

还是大家其实是在讨厌我?

Happy Ending

Happy Ending 不是必然的,
我只能说  它  是遇不可求。。。

别说人生, 在中港韩台新连续剧里
也有不一定会是 Happy Ending.

感动后  感叹 
感叹后 继续感慨
感慨后 继续过日子。。。

希望就是继续往下走的动力

Its not becos the person is unforgettable but rather the act brings him to my mind... its nothing suggestive but yet an occasional blush breaks out from embarrassment of not sudden panic... yes, I suddenly realized I am ver asian and still suffers from culture shocks when an ang moh pulls me towards himself for an european greeting... arghh... oh man... arghhh...

Dear God, will tis piece is embarrassing memory stick w me throughout my life??? ×_×*
